ABOUT ME

My name is Ellie and I am better known as a Packrat…I have many hobbies and several collections, but the most unique one of them all is I love to collect Business Cards. You must admit it is a cheap hobby because all you have to do is pick up business cards wherever you go, friends love it because they always know what they can give me that just tickles me pink! I store my cards in Binders that I decorate myself and use page protectors that are made for baseball cards sort of to place each precious card in..so that I can just sit and admire my cards every day. Believe it or not I can stare at my cards day after day and never get bored…it is not that I do not have a real life, but I am totally fascinated by the fonts and artwork of business cards. Some come in unique shapes…those are special, some come in colors, those add spark, and some come with great graphics that just capture your attention..those are awesome. I also like unique fonts that are used that had a certain flair to the cards.

I live in the sunshine state with my family, who are also well aware of my addiction and are constantly on the look out for business cards. My collection is not huge but it is big enough for me to admire and enjoy…that is all that matters. On my links page you will find other collector’s pages and there are even clubs that cater to business cards (of which I proudly belong to), members even have “conventions” to share their spoils with other advid collectors.
